William A. Raatz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Minnesota. He moved to Colorado in 1998 to begin his engineering career. Will has over 20 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, most of which is in the Front Range and Foothills areas. He has been a Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado since 2002, and also a Certified Water Professional since 2011. Will recently co-chaired revisions to Regulation 22 pertaining to lift stations and interceptors, completed a optimal corrosion control treatment recommendation, and designed an onsite wastewater treatment system; and is currently coordinating startup of the Independence water facilities in Elbert County and providing construction services for a sanitary sewer improvements project in Arapahoe County.
